The profit model is a core claim and a goal of business model, look upon as them as same here.
The business model --- profit model is an operating system, this system is not only constituted by a variety of internal and external factors, complete and man-made designs, and also is a stable, artificially controlled and as a scientific system
can be further adjusted with objective environment.
The definition of the business model: The plan implemented by a company to generate revenue and make a profit from operations. The model includes the components and functions of the business, as well as the revenues it generates and the expenses it incurs. This is similar to mathematics model have a certain formula.
Clearly, the business model is an artificial plan, rather than accidental events, it is far from an accidental, nonhuman designed lawsuit event. The reason why put the two hot words together which are most frequently used in the market economy even marked by a equal sign, this is that one professor arbitrator said it in the courtroom for the previous period. I am a lawyer have education background of economics , I have experienced the number of knowledgeable hinese and foreign economists and management experts, whether in the class of economics theory of my college or graduate , also in the classof business administration for doctor degree , I have never heard anyone who link the two words together like same the arbitrator (business model and lawsuit) .
The lawsuit is not a business model absolutely , this sentence is really funny. Think it over, maybe this sentence is an innovation, or a creativity?
So, the case became my "colorful case." It has materials and worth to be research.
In fact, the lawsuit is absolutely different from business model (profit model). If we believe in god, believe in heaven or hell, the lawsuit is a world after man death,
either is heaven or hell. But the opposite is, the business model is a matter of human, and is a commonplace matter .
Human things not only include the rational design, but also including human emotions.
So, we see that each wealthy family, each investment project, every business cooperation partner , or even every couple, there is one story to watch . Storyline is consisted of commercial cooperation and competition, also consisted of dependence and separation for love. These all constitute the various internal and external elements for the business model.
The business model is based on these many complicated elements, and constitute a complete system of production, marketing, services and information flow . Its goal is not only profit for one-time , but need sustained profitability, what is more need profit for 100 years .
The lawsuit is the opposite of these, its goal is to win once, never to be twice, and the definition of the win is never profit , namely: winning is not equal to earning. The more proportion and components of the"Win" is in pursuit of victory feeling in spirit and psychological in lawsuit, like the equivalent of revenge in another world for settle disputes.
Another characteristic of the legal lawsuit is that it has no formula, can not copy the template, and does not have stability.
The lawsuit is a resolving or re-allocation process which is implemented by the mandatory and authoritative means. Here the parties can not design and grasp the mandatory and authority means completely, these characteristics are from national organizations. Unlike business model, its characteristics and operating means are originated from the free market.
Of course, the two's comparative analysis may be expanded in lots of levels and angles. But in any case, the relationship between the two words is nether near nor far. In most sense they are derivative body and have a dialectical relationship, meanwhile are absolutely different.
In fact，for those of our professionals who are walking in the human and non-human world, only seen through, and had better to research and experience the important events of the human world , can have ability to solve or to better solve non-human business.
The two worlds are associated, but not the same. The dialectical relationship between them is abstruse.
